Visiting the clinic

Our clinic is open Tuesdays and Thursdays (10.00am - 2.30pm) for pre-booked appointments only.

All pets coming to our clinic MUST have a pre-booked appointment. Unfortunately, we are not able to see pets without an appointment.

To get an appointment, you must first register with us (you can pop in to the York Street Centre any weekday between 9.30am and 3.30pm to do this). We will need to see proof of your means-tested benefit and some ID (passport, driving license, recent utility bill). You will need to provide proof of benefits and a form of ID every six months to ensure our records are up to date. Once you have registered, we can book your pet in to see the vet. Please note that you can only register a maximum of four animals with our clinic.

From 2nd April 2013, all new animals registered with us will have to be neutered within six months of registration (unless there are underlying medical reasons why this cannot happen; these reasons to be determined by our vet).
